About these terms
These terms govern your use of transformativ.com.au, our online assessments at scorecard.transformativ.com.au, and the resources we publish (together, "our website"). Our website is operated by Transformativ Pty Ltd (ABN 32 167 773 622), Level 17, 456 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ("Transformativ", "we", "us" and "our").
By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These terms do not govern client engagements. Any services we provide are governed by the agreement we sign with you for that engagement.
Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use it in a way that breaches any law
- interfere with or disrupt its operation or security
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system connected to it
- introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape content at a volume that affects its performance
- impersonate another person or submit information you know to be false
General information only
The content on our website, including our insights, case studies and frameworks, is general information about transformation and our experience. It is not professional advice for your organisation. Before acting on it, consider your own circumstances and seek advice suited to them. We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date.
Assessments and reports
The Transformation Maturity Assessment and the AI Maturity Assessment produce a score and report generated automatically from your answers. Your result reflects the answers you give and a general maturity model. It is an indicator for discussion, not an audit, a guarantee of outcomes or professional advice. Please do not enter confidential information about your organisation into an assessment.
We may combine assessment answers and scores from many respondents into aggregated, de-identified results, for example average maturity by dimension or by sector, and publish them as research. Published results never identify you or your organisation, and are only released where enough responses are combined that no individual response can be worked out from them.
How we handle the information you give us in an assessment is set out in our privacy policy.
Downloadable resources
Unless a resource says otherwise, you may use, share and adapt our downloadable resources for your own organisation's purposes, provided you keep the Transformativ attribution. You may not sell them, include them in a paid product, or present them as your own work.
Case studies and client logos
Our case studies describe programs led by our people. Figures are stated as at the time of delivery, and clients are not named. Client logos shown on our website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown to indicate organisations our people have delivered work for, and their display does not imply endorsement of Transformativ.
Our intellectual property
Our website and its content, including text, frameworks, methodologies, research, graphics, logos and the names Transformativ and Catalyst+, are owned by or licensed to Transformativ. Apart from the use permitted for downloadable resources above, quoting our published research with attribution, and viewing, printing or sharing links to our pages for your own reference, you may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our written permission.
Information you send us
When you send us information through our website, we handle any personal information in it under our privacy policy. Unless we have agreed confidentiality terms with you, please do not send us confidential information about your organisation through a website form. We are happy to put a confidentiality agreement in place before a detailed discussion.

Our website links to websites we do not control, including our assessment platform provider and external sources we cite. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms
- we are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of our website or reliance on its content
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant content again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of our website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
