This is a self-assessment scored against a fixed framework built by Transformativ practitioners from the AI programs they have led in Australia, New Zealand and APAC. Each of the 20 questions carries equal weight, so each dimension counts by its number of questions: Use Case Potential and Data Foundations 25% each, Technology & Integration 20%, and People & Organisation and Governance, Risk & Compliance 15% each. Tier thresholds are fixed. It is a structured read on your readiness, informed by program experience. It is not a statistical percentile against a survey dataset, and not an independent audit.
